Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they meet the following conditions:
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags and packaging remain intact
  • The product is in its original condition
For hygiene and quality control reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

  2. Our customer support team will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back using a reliable, trackable shipping method.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item received).
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We are happy to accommodate exchanges for size or color, subject to product availability. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order details. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
